RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the agent and current staff to establish and meet individual and office goals.
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clients to maintain and offer additional products and services they may need.
- Manage current customers accounts
- making chenges to policies when requested
- explaining coverages and policy questions brought up by clients
- suggesting additional coverages and products that customer may need or want
- accepting payments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State licensed for property and casualty within the first 30 days of employment (study materials provided as well as reimbursement of fees associated with obtaining the license once obtained)
- Have excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and written.
- People/ customer service oriented
- Organizational skills
- Problem solver
BENEFITS:
- Hourly wage plus commission/bonus (depending on your experience and licensing requirement)

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
